🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a Course Content Creator to design and deliver high-quality digital learning experiences for our B2B SaaS platform.

This role operates at SFIA Level 4, meaning you’ll work independently under general direction, owning delivery of learning content while collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success, and Subject Matter Experts.

Your work will directly support customer onboarding, feature adoption, and time-to-value.

🧠 What You’ll Do (SFIA Level 4)

• Design and deliver end-to-end digital learning content aligned to defined product and customer needs
• Translate SaaS product workflows and features into structured, learner-friendly courses and modules
• Create engaging, modular content including videos, interactive lessons, walkthroughs, and assessments
• Publish and maintain learning content within agreed platforms, tools, and standards
• Use learner feedback and analytics to iterate and improve content quality and effectiveness
• Work collaboratively with Product, Customer Success, UX, and SMEs to validate accuracy and relevance
• Maintain content consistency across product releases and updates

🛠️ What You Bring

Essential

• Experience creating digital learning content for SaaS, technology, or B2B products
• Strong instructional or learning design skills for asynchronous, self-paced learners
• Ability to work independently and manage your own delivery commitments
• Comfortable collaborating across product, customer success, and technical teams
• Clear written communication and strong content structuring skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms or in-app learning tools
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, CMS workflows, or learning analytics
• Background in customer education or product enablement
